Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

H Πετροθέα είναι διώροφη κατοικία 100τ.μ. στο χωριό Βρύση Εύβοιας, με θέα τα πανέμορφα βράχια της Κούπα/Μπουγάζι και το εκκλησάκι της Δραγονέρας. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. Vous avez une superbe vue sur la mer et le calme aux alentours, et de beaux endroits ou se baigner. Tout cela a 3 min du centre ville en voiture. Vous tomberez amoureux en vous reveillant vue sur la mer. Lit en 140x190. ventilateur. lumière de couleurs. Coin douche(Eau froide)et eau chaude a 30 metres. Et aussi une superbe douche extérieur et toilette extérieur.

Ε ίναι 250 τ.μ και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 8 μέχρι 10 άτομα, διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια, 3 WC, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 2 τζάκι , μπάρμπεκιου, πάρκινγκ, μεγάλες βεράντες , υπέροχο κήπο , πισίνα και μπιλιάρδο. Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!

It is 6 km from Kymi and 4 km from the beaches of Kymi and Platana. The area is suitable for hiking in wonderful landscapes such as Neraidolimni and Santa's Mill, among green paths and rivers.
