Located in the beautiful Grant Park/Hollywood neighborhood of NE Portland, it offers easy access to downtown, public transportation, restaurants, pubs, shopping, entertainment, parks, a swimming pool, grocery stores, and the freeways. The one bedroom Airbnb is the day-lit, lower unit of a new Craftsman style house built in 2018. With a queen bed and a queen sofabed in the living area, there is space for 4 people total. Everyone is welcome!

Charming, pet friendly 2 bedroom, 1 bath in hip Montavilla neighborhood. Great restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee and movie theater just a 3 minute walk away. Full use of space. Nice deck with views of Mt. Hood. Large back yard with two fire pits, one gas and one wood. Use of grill for summer grillin'. Easy access to downtown, 3 to 5 minute walk to two major bus lines that run late (one is 24 / 7). Close to beautiful Mt. Tabor Park. Please note I live in this property when not rented.

Thus, our nightly rate looks higher because you now pay your AirBnB fee thru the host (me). There are cafes, shops, breweries and parks all within walking distance and it's just one block off of the famous East Burnside Street. Pet fee is $35 for one night; $50 for 2-7 nights. Higher fee with longer stays.
