Our detached villa with a heated pool has 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms and is designed for a peaceful holiday for 9 people. It has a 9×4 m heated pool that is open 24 hours a day. It offers the opportunity for a pleasant holiday in a 540 m2 detached garden. It is 6.5 km from the centre of Eskifoça. It has its own car garage. There are 3 bathrooms. One is a large shared bathroom with two sinks, and the other two are private bathrooms for the rooms. There are 4 air conditioners in our villa. We would be happy to host you in our villa so that you can make beautiful memories.

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.
