Ideally located on the rail trail and the Great Alpine Road it is the perfect location for a romantic getaway. Lupo’s Kiln Cafe is open for lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday’s and lunch only on Sunday’s. Open from 11am - 10pm Fri & Sat. 11am - 4pm Sun. Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

Located on 10 acres, The Barn is an outbuilding to the family home, along with our farm stay, The Stables. Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to skiing and snow boarding at Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, a short 45 minute drive away. Horse stays are also an option, with trail riding close by!

Moritz 2 is a gorgeous first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It is complete with ground floor parking space for 1 car. The view is AMAZING from the huge front balcony and living area. Moritz apartments are luxury premier apartments at Hotham. In ski season there is a free shuttle bus (stop is right out front) to the main village 3 minutes away. The Big D and General Pub and store is 500 metres from the door. Watching the sun set from the balcony after a days skiing is priceless.

Farm stay, private guest room & lounge

If you want a comfortable, clean and private place to rest your head after checking out all the Victorian High Country has to offer, then this is the place for you! The guest space is within a family farm house but completely private with a separate entrance. We’re on a 55 acre farm near Mt Pilot, surrounded by National Park, mountain tracks and beautiful views. On offer is a double room with large ensuite, large lounge area with a sofa bed, private entrance + parking at the front.

Ski right out the front door of this stylish apartment in the heart of Hotham village and to the top of the Village chairlift. Featuring breathtaking views over the Dargo plains, modern styling, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, dining table, and a sofa The complex has a spa, sauna, heated indoor pool (only open during ski season), and laundry facilities. It's only a short walk from the main car park & over-snow transport is available for your checkin/out (additional cost).

Our Hotham Home with a View

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
