The large apartment (about 200 sqm) with fine finishes has three large and elegant bedrooms with private bathroom, a kitchen with induction cooktop, a dining room, a living room, and a terrace. It features decorated floors, walls with original stone parts, and classic furnishings with antique pieces. It is located in an ancient building overlooking a characteristic staircase in the heart of the city, a few steps from Via Atenea, the most beautiful and elegant street in the city.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

The place is only 20km from the Andromeda Theatre and the Hermitage of Saint Rosalia, 45 km from the Greek Temples of Agrigento, 40 km from Farm Cultural Park in Favara e Sant’Angelo Muxaro.
