Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. A perfect escape, ideally placed for walkers and cyclists; the vaulted brewery living space has cosy sofas, a log burner, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table for entertaining.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Beautiful traditional stone house with natural garden visited by owls & red squirrels, no direct views of beach but 5 min walk awayto Brook Bay, well known for dinosaur fossil footprints. 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, with double beds, 1 ensuite & one with bunk beds, There are 2 living rooms, kitchen diner, well stocked. We come here to recharge our batteries, so plenty of toys, games, books & home made damson jam. Located in picturesque village of Brook in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Chale Bay Farm - Needles' View

Needles' View at Chale Bay Farm is an air-conditioned family-friendly self-catering apartment with stunning views towards the Needles. The living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer and adjacent dining and lounge/sun-room. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with sofa-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

Explore the heritage castles & monuments, the beaches & surf, and family friendly parks throughout the island.
