Davies Cottage, cosy, comfortable base

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

Situated in the beautiful hills of North Wales on the outskirts of the small village of Berthengam it overlooks the River Dee Estuary to the Wirral beyond. We are in an ideal location just a 10-minute drive to Talacre Beach and the coastal town of Prestatyn with a great choice independent shops and places to eat and drink along with a shopping park.
