Wir bieten für Wanderer, Skitourer und Auszeitler unsere Ferienwohnung am Biobauernhof am Rand von Puchberg am Schneeberg an. 2 Gäste sind im Preis enthalten. Person 3 & 4 kosten je 13€/Nacht. Die Reinigungspauschale ist für bis zu 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder 50€. Bei 3-4 Erwachsenen sind für den 3. & 4. Gast pro Kopf 5€ zusätzlich vor Ort zu zahlen (also max. 60€ Endreinigung). Die Gemeinde Puchberg hebt zudem eine Kurtaxe pro Erwachsener von 3€/Nacht ein, die ebenfalls vor Ort hinzu kommt.

Nature's magnificent idyll in a quiet location

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Entire house in a green paradise and yet in Vienna

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Time out from everyday life

Komfort und Entspannung im BLOCKHAUS auf der Waldlichtung. Auch Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen. Frühstück ist im Preis nicht inkludiert bei Bedarf bitte um Rücksprache. Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! The cozy accommodation is an ideal location for hiking and ski tours, skiing and relaxing! Shopping, an inn, bus stop, train station and the Stuhleck ski resort are only 100 meters away. Directly on the Semmering Railway World Heritage Site, 100 km from Vienna and Graz. Many destinations can be reached in 1 hour by car: Lake Neusiedl, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax and Schneeberg for hiking and much more.

Micro house in Krems-Süd

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! On a few square meters, the small house offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Charming terrace included! Welcome!
