Naustet is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest-facing, which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

The Persa house is beautifully located down by Klostervågen on Utstein Gard. The garden encircles Utstein Monastery and makes up the majority of Klosterøy. Utstein is a protected cultural environment and has particular national value with the cultural, landscape and agricultural elements that give the area its distinctive character. At Utstein, there are animals in the hinterland and cultural pasture all year round and limited access to transport. The hiking opportunities are many, short distance to the Pulpit rock and Kjerag.

Playground in the neighborhood and trampoline in the garden. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a 1.20 bed. Sokn is an island connected to the Mainland with underwater tunnel. About 20 minutes drive to Stavanger city center.

There is a large jumping pillow,soccer field,volleyball court,playground,kiosk and restaurant with all rights.
