We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid, guarded car park nearby, and parking by the building (in the "centre" paid zone). For those who come by car but don't plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option of renting a space in our garage (it's located about 800 m from the apartment and costs an additional PLN 70/24h). The pondside cottage in Poznań is half of a semi-detached house, perfect for intimate family or social gatherings (please note that quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). The house has its own entrance, its own gate, and its own driveway – complete privacy with a view of the pond and the woods. The property has 2 large rooms, one on the ground floor with a terrace and a grill, and the other on the second floor. The PKP Poznań-Antoninek train station, bus stops, and grocery stores are 700 meters (0.43 miles) away. There are two kitchenettes in the house, and, importantly, 2 bathrooms.

In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.
