The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer , stove and modern furnishings . No running water without water you have in a jug. Drains are in the kitchen. There is a combustion toilet but no shower.

Hörvik har egna fiskrestauranger, glasskiosk, badstränder och gym med havsutsikt. 10 min bort med bil ligger en stormarknad med mataffär, restaurang, apotek och flera butiker. Sölvesborg ligger 20 minuters bilfärd bort, en vacker pittoresk stad.

Gästen städar efter sig innan utcheckning men om man önskar städning kan det bokas till mot avgift.
