Con vista sull'oceano e sulla riserva naturale El Saladar: una delle ultime zone delle Canarie dove vivono piante in grado di sopravvivere alle alte maree e dove vivono molte specie di uccelli, scoiattoli e altri animali. Ristrutturato a maggio 2023, 37 mq, si compone di soggiorno con comodo divano (divano-letto apribile con un solo gesto, dimensioni 140x200 cm); di angolo cucina totalmente equipaggiato (lavastoviglie, piano di cottura elettrico, frigorifero, forno, bollitore, tostapane, bilancia, caffettiera americana e italiana); di un confortevole letto matrimoniale in ambiente separato e con guardaroba e smart TV; di terrazza affacciata sull'oceano arredata con tavolo, sedie e lettino; di ampio bagno con doccia. In dotazione: WiFi, 2 smart TV in soggiorno e nella zona notte (canali in spagnolo, tedesco e inglese), cassaforte, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, pentole, stoviglie, lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani, teli mare, asciugacapelli, aria condizionata. È pensato per ospitare 2 persone, eventualmente con figli (massimo 2). Sono molto disponibile a fornirvi indicazioni e consigli sulle opportunità della città e sulle escursioni nei dintorni e in particolare propongo e organizzo gite in mare con la mia barca, eventualmente anche con lo scopo di praticare la pesca. Esta preciosa vivienda está modernamente amueblada y totalmente equipada. La misma consta de 1 una amplia y bonita entrada recibidor, 1 dormitorio equipado con un amplio ropero empotrado, 1 cama de matrimonio grande (tamaño "queen size"), 1 baño completo al que además hemos dotado de una moderna lavadora, una bonita y práctica cocina, un salón provisto de aire acondicionado, un amplio y cómodo sofá-cama de piel (apto para 2 huéspedes más), una zona de comedor y un acogedor y soleado balcón. La cocina es amplia y moderna, totalmente equipada con placa vitrocerámica, microondas, amplia nevera, congelador, cafetera Nespresso, tostadora, exprimidor, etcétera... La vivienda además dispone de elementos de ocio y entretenimiento tales como la conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en toda la vivienda, televisiones de pantalla plana LCD, tanto en el salón, como en el dormitorio y decodificador de canales satélite nacionales e internacionales. Además y como no podría ser de otra forma, también hemos querido hacer hincapié en la seguridad de nuestros huéspedes y para ello también hemos dotado a nuestra vivienda de elementos de seguridad tales como, puerta blindada, llave de seguridad y caja fuerte en el dormitorio.
