On the tenth and last floor of a modern residence, with elevators and swimming pool, private apartment facing the ocean and El Saladar Natural Reserve: one of the last remaining areas in the Canary Islands to host plants able to survive the high tides and many kinds of birds, squirrels and other animals. Bright, renovated in July 2015, 40 square meters, consisting of: living room with a comfortable sofa (bed-sofa opening with a single action, dimension 140x200 cm); fully equipped kitchen area (electric hob, fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, Italian and American coffee maker, escale, ); furnished terrace overlooking the ocean with table chairs and de k hai; confortable double bed in separated area with wardrobe and smart TV; bathroom with shower. It includes: WiFi, 2 smart TV in living room and in sleeping area (channels in Spanish, German, English), safe-deposit box, washing machine, electric iron and ironing board, pots, dishes, sheets, blankets, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, air conditioning. It is designed to accommodate 2 people, possibly with children (maximum 2). The building is equipped with elevators, but you have to take the stairs for the last floor.

This beautiful home is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The same consists of 1 a large and nice entrance entrance hall, 1 bedroom equipped with a large recessed closet, 1 large queen bed ("queen size"), 1 full bathroom which we have also equipped with a modern washing machine, a nice and practical kitchen, a living room equipped with air conditioning, a spacious and comfortable leather sofa bed (suitable for 2 more guests), a dining area and a cozy sunny balcony. The kitchen is spacious and modern, fully equipped with hob, microwave, ample fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, juicer, etc... The house also has leisure and entertainment elements such as free Wi-Fi throughout the home, LCD flat screen televisions, both in the living room, and in the bedroom and set-top box for national and international satellite channels. In addition and as it could not be otherwise, we also wanted to emphasize the safety of our guests and for that we have also endowed our home with security features such as, armored door, security key and safe in the bedroom.

The apartment consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, with terrace and garden, and with wonderful panoramic views of the beach, the sea and the village of Morro Jable. The two bedrooms have two single beds each and large wardrobes. Master bedroom has access and direct views of the garden and the sea. The terrace is spacious (23 m2), has furniture and two hammocks, and has access to the garden (80 m2) with wonderful panoramic views of the beach, the sea and the village. On the ground floor is located, in addition to apartment 2, a service and warehouse area, to which access is only allowed to the staff who attend the apartments. To go with family or friends, there is the possibility of also renting the apartment El Mirador 4 for 1-2 people or the apartment El Mirador 1 for 1-4 people (see listings)

The Apartmento Sarah 2A, with 45m2, has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds for 2 pers., 1 living room with kitchenette and dining table and 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. (1 extra single bed is available on request in the living room). The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner stove, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. The 90m2 beautiful roof terrace overlooking the ocean is equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds and parasols. There is also a desk and chair available on request that can be used as a workspace. The apartment has A/C in the living room and in the bedroom. We have a high speed optic fiber internet connection with free WIFI access from everywhere in the building. Free safety box. Satellite TV in the living room. Towels and linens are provided.
