A dream house built by the artist and architect Antonio Padrón, architect inspired by the famous artist from Lanzarote, Cesar Manrique, situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura. Surrounded by peaceful little bays, sand and the Atlantic Ocean, this beach house is an oasis for all those who love the sea and are looking for a holiday far away from mass tourism. The house is located right on Los Lagos beach. It is a charming and special house, with a beautiful organic architecture. It consists of an open dining room at the entrance, bathroom, kitchen and sleeping room with 2 beds on the first floor, and another double bedroom on the second floor, with a beautiful little balcony for relaxing moments watching the beach or reading... One of the nicest spot of this house is the dining area in the garden, built below the floor level! It offers privacy and lets you enjoy the peace of this place... The house works with a solar system for energy supply, so we will very much appreciate awareness of its consumption! About El Cotillo ……El Cotillo is a fisherman village on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. It offers beautiful and very different beaches on both sides of the village. The area around the old harbour is particularly pleasant with its restaurants, cafés and few shops. The village is very quiet and has fortunately not been “invaded” by mass tourism, as some other places in Fuerteventura. Having long walks on the sand, biking on small roads or hiking on volcanoes are some of the activities you can enjoy from here. El Cotillo offers all basic facilities (supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars,...) and is only 20 km away from more touristic places like Corralejo. Finally, please note that renting a car is the best option in order to visit the island and to come to this house! We look forward to welcoming you!

EL Mirador, Apartment EL Mirador 4

Luminoso, con una amplia terraza con vistas al mar. Salón-comedor con cocina, baño con ducha y dormitorio con cama doble. Terraza amueblada de 15 m2, con pérgola y vistas al jardín y al mar, con un armario para guardar equipaje o enseres personales. Entrada con ducha exterior, terraza y zona ajardinada. El jardín situado delante de la terraza de su apartamento sólo se puede usar si no hay huéspedes alojados en el apartamento 1, o bien bajo su autorización. El pabellón o mirador es para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes del apartamento 1. Si no hubiera huéspedes alojados en el apartamento 1, tienen preferencia de uso los huéspedes del apartamento 3. Los huéspedes del apartamento 4 solo lo pueden usar bajo su autorización o en el caso de que no haya huéspedes alojados en los apartamentos citados anteriormente. Las hamacas situadas en el solarium delante del pabellón son para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes alojados en el apartamento 3. Si no hubiera huéspedes alojados en el apartamento 3, tienen preferencia de uso los huéspedes del apartamento 1. Los huéspedes del apartamento 4 solo lo pueden usarlas bajo su autorización o en el caso de que no haya huéspedes alojados en los apartamentos citados anteriormente. El patio o cenador, situado entre los apartamentos 1 y 3, es para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes del apartamento 3. Los huéspedes del apartamento 4 solo lo podrán usar en el caso de que no haya huéspedes alojados en los apartamentos citados anteriormente. Para ir con familia o amigos, existe la posibilidad de alquilar también el apartamento El Mirador 1 para 1-4 personas o bien el apartamento El Mirador 2, para 1-4 personas, en la planta baja (ver anuncios).

Esta preciosa vivienda está modernamente amueblada y totalmente equipada. La misma consta de 1 una amplia y bonita entrada recibidor, 1 dormitorio equipado con un amplio ropero empotrado, 1 cama de matrimonio grande (tamaño "queen size"), 1 baño completo al que además hemos dotado de una moderna lavadora, una bonita y práctica cocina, un salón provisto de aire acondicionado, un amplio y cómodo sofá-cama de piel (apto para 2 huéspedes más), una zona de comedor y un acogedor y soleado balcón. La cocina es amplia y moderna, totalmente equipada con placa vitrocerámica, microondas, amplia nevera, congelador, cafetera Nespresso, tostadora, exprimidor, etcétera... La vivienda además dispone de elementos de ocio y entretenimiento tales como la conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en toda la vivienda, televisiones de pantalla plana LCD, tanto en el salón, como en el dormitorio y decodificador de canales satélite nacionales e internacionales. Además y como no podría ser de otra forma, también hemos querido hacer hincapié en la seguridad de nuestros huéspedes y para ello también hemos dotado a nuestra vivienda de elementos de seguridad tales como, puerta blindada, llave de seguridad y caja fuerte en el dormitorio.
