You have a supermarket a 10-minute walk away and are a short walk from the Inova 3000 area. The city center with many shops (restaurants, bars, hairdressers, etc.) is a 10-15 minute walk away. You will also be close to Wam Park, a nautical base with many activities and the Voie Verte.
