The area around the house is a safe, parking fee-free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, comfortably 15 minutes. The house is near the big station . Separate building from the city center 1.5 Km. 20 minutes on foot . There is a public transport in front of the building. The apartment is equipped with a premium category air-conditioning system. Bedrooms with separate entrances 3 pieces, the living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. The covered terrace belongs to the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is wifi. Parking is not charged. The parking lot is in front of the house, with a camera.
