L'appartement dispose d'un jardin, une cuisine ouverte sur un grand salon et une salle de bain avec douche. La chambre est meublée : lit, dressing, armoire. Le village de Lonay est très bien desservi par les bus ainsi que le train (gare Lonay-Preverenges).
