The apartment features a one bedroom/one bathroom with a pull-out couch. It's newly renovated with beautiful furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a washer and dryer in the unit. You can wake up in the morning and step outside to hear the wind rustling through the trees as you sip you morning coffee.

This home has plenty of parking ;even a turn around road for trailers. A covered patio is also for use. It is quiet location but close to many activities. Features a full kitchen and 2 tvs. Use the gas grill outside or hang out around the porch swing fire pit or watch the kids play volleyball in the full court sand pit.
