The house is on the beach 300 meters NORTH of Morerè, 700 meters from the tractor point, 6 km south of the small village of Velha Boipeba. It has a beautiful white sand beach in front, protected by the reef, with natural pools. The place is very beautiful and preserved, and the sea is in front of the gate of the 20,000-sq.m private tropical garden. You can go out to one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. It has Wi-Fi. There is a caretaker who can help with the various services, etc. No air-conditioning, it has 3 ceiling fans and some table fans.

Our house is 20 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Pracinha, in a pleasant and quiet walk, with the same as a positive point for daily discovery. For the Tractor and Quadricycle point, it is 5 minutes, they provide transportation to the beaches of Moreré, Cueira, Bainema, Cova da Onça and Ponta do Castelhanos, beautiful beaches that are well worth visiting. The house offers all the amenities for good times with family or a group of friends.

Casa Mia is a place with charm, comfort and a lot of rusticity. It has a breathtaking view of the forest, the sea and Bainema beach. The house accommodates 4 people, has a queen size bed and two single beds (sofa bed), a large American kitchen, and two bathrooms.
