The living area has an innerspring queen-sized sofa bed and a flat screen TV. This area is separated by solid barn doors to ensure private sleeping quarters. The living/dining offers informal seating and a small kitchen with appliances and a 2-burner induction cooking plate. The full laundry is discreetly located in the bathroom.

The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. Large deck with propane barbeque, sun umbrella, four chairs, side tables and bench. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children.
