In the same square where the house is located there are buses that lead to the city center: Lines 20, 30 and 32 that lead to the areas of Puerta del Sol, Goya and Atocha respectively. Taxis are also available at the door of the building. A 5 minute walk to Vinateros Metro stop. Behind the building there is a pedestrian area with bars and terraces ideal for drinks and toys for children. Additionally there is a park a 5 minute walk away.

In this accommodation you will breathe tranquility: you will be in a residential neighborhood 300 meters from the metro Artilleros (line 9), perfect to go see the Retiro Park, or 250 meters from the bus line 20 direct to the center of Madrid (Puerta del Sol) in 30 minutes. For up to 4 people, here you'll find everything you may need for an extraordinary stay in the city.

In case you come by car, you can park for free in the streets of the area. The area is calm and quiet with large green areas. Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport.
