Spacious historic home with outstanding amenities including 8 person hot tub, 6 fireplaces, pool table, screened porches and gourmet kitchen. Perfect for large family groups. We've spent 2 years bringing this 115 year old house back to a home. It was originally a "cure cottage" on Park Avenue, a quiet lovely street just a short walk to downtown Saranac Lake, restaurants, shopping, the beach and tourist attractions. Close to Lake Placid. Includes fully equipped kitchen, bathrobes, firewood.
