Come stay in our apartment connected to the barn on our active working farm. We are located 3 miles from the state capitol building in Montpelier, but you would never know it up here. You can cross country ski, snowshoe, hike, or bike out your front door, and we are located within 45 min. from Sugarbush, Stowe, Mad River Glen, & Bolton Valley. You can also check out the local beer & spirits scene, or just relax at the farm. Guests are always welcome to tour the grounds and see the animals.

La Casita del Norte is a private, bright, self-contained apartment in a small building separate from our home – a relaxing retreat in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of Vermont College, State House and downtown Montpelier. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer -- we just installed air conditioning! WE ARE FOLLOWING AIRBNB’S ENHANCED CLEANING AND SANITIZING PROTOCOL TO MAKE YOUR STAY AS SAFE AND WORRY-FREE AS POSSIBLE. And we use green cleaning products wherever possible.

Potter’s Place
Lovely 2-bedroom close to everything, Potter’s Place is the perfect hub for your stay in Vermont. Only 30-40 minutes to Stowe, Bolton, Sugarbush, and plenty of amazing Nordic trails, the space provides a welcoming retreat after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking. If biking is your thing, the apartment backs up to the Cross Vermont Trail, and is a great jumping off point for adventure. The apartment is also a short (10-15 minute) walk to downtown and all the shops on Main and State Street.

Perfect base to explore Vermont; hiking, skiing, biking. Hosts live downstairs. Dogs are welcome with conditions. (Note the reservation requirements) Limit 4 people. (Includes toddlers and infants) If you are a skier, we're e less than an 40 minutes to major Ski areas. You won't have to pay resort prices and have a more room.

Modern not so tiny house
Our backyard tiny home is walking distance to historic downtown Montpelier. Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. The design plan is clean lines, minimalist decor and efficient energy use.

Magical cabin with amazing views
100 year old , freshly renovated cabin that is in the middle of five 100 year old apple trees with incredible Mountain View’s. The cabin sits 100ft uphill from my 1842 brick farmhouse and is surrounded by apples trees, an ancient elm tree, fields and my berry patches. The huge deck has a dining table, lots of seating and and outdoor shower. Off the side of the deck are two claw foot bathtubs with hot and cold water for you to soak in. Note, tubs aren’t usable during the freezing months.

A true Vermont get-away cabin in the woods
Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier
