The cabin is nestled in the woods in Floyd VA, 30 minutes to Roanoke and Christiansburg and 20 minutes Floyd. Total of 430 square ft. Queen size bed in the loft steps going to loft are steep and a Queen size Futon on main level- full bath with stand up shower- Air conditioning- Gas logs- 40 inch HDTV- w/Firestick 4k-Wifi-Blutooth Speaker, Cabin has 2 private docks one with Zipline, it sits on private 2 acre lake with Paddle boat and Great fishing!! Waterfront Lake Cabin! Cozy and bright cabin on 4 acres, very private. Private waterfront with a big point that has almost 180 degree views. Great place to set up for the day. Beautiful cove on the main channel, private dock. 5 adult kayaks, 2 tandem + 2 kid kayaks & one SUP.** **Additional swim, kayak usage waiver agreement to be signed prior to check in It will help to have an AWD vehicle SUV as our private drive down to the lake is a steep, unpaved, gravel drive.

Very, cozy and quiet 1 room bungalow house sitting on 2 acres of land. Just off exit 105 from interstate 81. And just 5 minute drive to RU and 20 minutes to VT. Near by biking, hiking, swimming and kayaking. All wood floors. Top level is living and kitchen area. 2 steps down to bedroom and bathroom area. Large deck and outdoor firepit. Come relax for a few days and enjoy your stay!
