Our home combines the concept of 'home' and 'mountain,' with a distinctive and well-designed interior. It represents the ideal place to immerse yourself in the mountain atmosphere, while also offering comfort and convenience.

The house, called "la_casetta_delle_bambole" (see Insta) is very small, characteristic of mountain houses, but it has been renovated to have all modern comforts! It is heated with a romantic wood-burning stove! Outside (although in a central location) it has a green space where you can relax and admire the view in any season, the village is always inhabited and alive all year round! PLEASE NOTE: CALCULATE +€1.50 PER PERSON FOR TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID ON SITE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Chalet Les Cadièrens, Claree Valley

Located in a haven of peace, in the middle of the fir trees, at the entrance of the classified valley of the Clarée, our Chalet, decorated between mountain style and American lodge promises you relaxation and serenity. With a surface area of 66 m², classified 3*, it easily accommodates 4 people and 1 child. Ideal location, half way between Briançon, Montgenèvre, Serre-Chevalier, and Névache. Sporty, walkers, enjoy the many hikes facing the Ecrins massif, or relax in the nearby spa.

La Grave: Architect-designed house with unique views

In the heart of the Écrins National Park, perched in the Hameau des Terrasses, this contemporary house has stunning views of the Meije glaciers. The 95 m2 house is characterized by its openings and unique volumes offering its occupants an extraordinary panoramic landscape. It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It received the 2022 Archicote Award.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
