Charming cottage pool,sauna

&Charming cottage in Besancon for 2 or 3 people La Malate is an area very safe and really close to old center but you will feel like in campagne ! If you are expecting silence it' s the perfect place This charming one bedroom house is an old typical house from XVII century (de 60M2 en duplex) in a huge park next to river Doubs Amazing swimming pool 12,5 m long with a lovely poolhouse with water rower and aquabike... Elegantly decorated and newly renovated, we have retain the architectural details that make old house interesting and beautiful, like old pavement, chemine, roof "A la francaise"... Description : On the ground floor the living room with kitchenette ,bathroom On the first floora large bedroom with king size bed a desk and sunny balcony ,We can provide you bikes to join the center by "velo route" or you can join the oldcity center by bus (5mn walk) Free wifi and parking Animal friendly (on request) We are is strongly involved in sustainable development. This house has been renovated using as much as possible the original materials and techniques. Insulation has been made with hemp, woodwork were custom built by a local craftman, and painting are water based. Rooms are equipped with slatted beds, mattresses, pillows made from natural and renewable components in bamboo, soya, wool, linen and natural latex (rubber tree resin) certified Max Havelaar. Sheets and towels are made of organic cotton. At least, all cleaning and washing products are as muvh as possible organic. Rooms are cleaned only with steam, soap from Marseille (very famous natural and traditional french cleaning product), black soap, vinegar and sodium bicarbonate. Gardens are conceived and maintained without any chemical products, only organic treatments are provided.

Quiet cottage, the countryside in the city

This comfortable chalet is located on the heights of Besançon, on the edge of the Bregille wood. You are 20 minutes on foot from the city centre, 5 minutes by car). Very natural atmosphere, quiet in a functional accommodation renovated with heart. A parking space (free) is adjacent to the chalet. The chalet is very well insulated (phonic and thermal), it is very cool in summer (no need for air conditioning) and well heated in winter. Hiking trails and beautiful views are nearby.

It is a 7-minute walk from Viotte train station and has free parking nearby. Dual-aspect, the living room overlooks a pretty square adorned with a fountain and the kitchen overlooks an inner courtyard. The living room has a sleeping area (double bed with new bedding) and a sitting area.
