Do not book if you are having trouble climbing stairs. Do not book if you are looking for some luxury on the outskirts. The one is remodeled but not modern-clean outside. About the street 50 meters from the apartment there is a drainage smell. Does not affect smell inside the apartment. Lots of trash nearby.
