Inside, with high tuff vaults and period furnishings, there are two double bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The area is very lively and full of clubs, bars and restaurants.

This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter.
