Nice private apartment, modern and comfortable for 3 people, with a bedroom, a double bed, living room with a single bench, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy the terrace and the enclosed garden. Free Wi-Fi & parking right next door. 5 minutes' walk from the village, its shops and restaurants. 15 minutes from Montauban, 35 minutes from Toulouse and 5 minutes from the Bressols motorway. Guests can park their vehicle in the property which is private and closed. The 35 m2 studio is newly renovated with an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom of access. It is dual-aspect and adjoining my house which is located in a quiet area next to shops and restaurants.
