The Monte Pego community has its own service center, tennis and paddle courts for sports lovers, as well as restaurants and a bar. The nearest villages of Pego, El Vergel and Els Poblets offer their own infrastructure with everything you need in everyday life. Denia, the nearest beaches, the Oliva Nova and La Sella golf course, as well as the Portal de la Marina shopping center can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. We recommend having a vehicle to get around, including to access the rubbish collection point.
