The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

A spacious and cozy apartment located in A Coruña. It has a parking space and is very well connected and surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies... There is a bus stop in front of the gate to explore the city center, as well as the beaches. It has three bedrooms, a playroom for children to enjoy, two full bathrooms (one with a whirlpool bathtub), a living room and a fully equipped new kitchen (with an oven and laundry area).

I invite you to visit my house, which is well-kept and lovingly decorated. It is sunny, spacious and very bright. Located in Arteixo (Inditex headquarters), in a very quiet area, with a beautiful river walk that connects with the beaches (distance 3 km). A bakery, cafes, and a supermarket are just a few meters away. Coruña city is 9 km away. Ideal for couples and families, a perfect choice for a 10-star vacation!
