This is a typical Medoc house of the late 19th century completely renovated located in the heart of a family winery. It is in the heart of the Medoc vineyard, only 5 minutes from Pauillac and its castles, 25 minutes from the ocean (Hourtin) and 45 minutes from Bordeaux. Welcome to our 57 m2 family home. Located 70 meters from the ocean and in the heart of Montalivet-les-Bains. You will have a great vacation Please note, we do not provide linens. No pets allowed. The sofa bed is not usable. We have chosen to reduce the cost of renting and to trust our guests to make the house as clean as they found it on arrival. Otherwise, €200 will be deducted from the security deposit.
