Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Each half of the house has a private key-less entry & laundry facilities. Shared fenced-in back yard and 21ft x 30ft parking lot. Cleaning supplies, soaps, and paper products to get you through a short stay, or get you started on a longer stay. Charcoal grill and seating. Guests say it's quiet and well stocked. New plank flooring September 2023

This walkout guest studio w/a private entrance and kayaks along the River Raisin is located halfway between Ann Arbor, MI and Toledo, OH. Cabela's Bass Pro, is a 5 minute drive. If you prefer small towns and local shops, a quick walk takes you to Dundee shops and restaurants. Pickle ball and riverside park are also a short walk away. Other charming towns are Tecumseh, 20 min. drive w/great hiking, and Milan, 15 min. drive. Portable full size bed and pack & play available for a third guest.
