Cozy townhouse

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not big, but lovely with the possibility of barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. My neighbors rarely make noise, even though we live close by. The apartment is located in the living room in a quiet street, one can be lucky to park right by the door, otherwise there is the possibility of unlimited parking 3 min walk from the apartment. 30 m2 cozy oasis in the middle of the city.

The apartment is located only 100 meters from the pedestrian street, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a small roof terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Parking is available right by the apartment, also for electric cars.

Experience historic and beautiful Haderslev up close in our cozy apartment. Only a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and the beautiful Dampark (lake and park). The apartment is full of colour and charm, and with cultural life close by. The apartment has a large and sunny balcony, with a good dining area in a quiet environment. There is a large, beautiful living room and two bedrooms - both with 'king size' double beds and therefore plenty of room for 4 adults, or for 2 adults and 2-3 children.

No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Small annex with small kitchen, located about 800 meters from a great beach/fishing and ferry departure to Barsø. Several beautiful beaches in the area, holiday center with pool and e.g. mini golf just around the corner. Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Stor climbing park. 18-hole golf course just across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 8/15/2021

Best suited for 2 adults , but there are sleeping arrangements for two adults and one for two children. Cozyly decorated basement rooms with a combined living room and bedroom. Additional living room/kitchen with dining area , fridge , coffee maker and cooking kettle . Large bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Lovely cottage on the beach 180 degree sea view.

Cozy cottage directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water. A one-bedroom house with an adjacent annex with 2 bedrooms. 2 lovely terraces. One straight out to the beach. The other tucked behind living fences - almost always shelter.
