Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

The location of the apartment guarantees comfort, saving time and money, and the high floor allows you to enjoy the view of the city and the surroundings not only from the windows but also from the spacious balcony.
