The well-equipped, two story guesthouse is welcoming year aroud, has one queen size bed and one queen sofabed, and is near Royal Ski Mountain (20 min), Copperstown (38 min), and Albany (50 min).

You'll love this property for all it has to offer! This is a beautiful and spacious loft with great views of the lake directly across the street. The guest residence is decorated in a rustic adirondack style, with spacious living room, kitchen and 2 decks overlooking the lake, and plenty of parking. Comfy queen sized beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has cooling mattress, so you'll sleep like a baby! The living room can accommodate a couple of additional people.

The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!
