The chestnut forest is right behind the houses, and there's a waterfall opposite. At night, you hear nothing but the river and crickets. Both houses together: 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), sleeps 12, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shaded garden – all connected, all for you.

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
