Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, without a view, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. This small house fully furnished and equipped offers you the opportunity to relax in peace and stroll by the sea and forest. Possibility to couple the rental with a longhouse (sleeping 3) a few meters away. You will have at your disposal all the necessary kitchen and household products. Linen is extra. The house has wifi. Pets are welcome, except upstairs and on the couch. Unfortunately, not wheelchair accessible.

Small house with garden, 10 minutes' walk from the sea

House with nice garden, the beach is located 400 m ( kerfany les pins) port du Belon nearby for direct purchase. The house is adjoining that of the owner and renovated in 2016 (private entrance and independent parking). Very peaceful .Bed garden to share with three chickens ...who love company. We specify that reservations for the period July /August are exclusively by the week (Saturday to Saturday)

My place is close to the beach and restaurants. You will enjoy comfort, calm and view. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers and families with 2 kids (+ 1 baby - baby cot loan + high chair + plastic tub + park). Kitchen includes fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hobs, dishwasher and hood. The home was renovated in 2014 with new kitchen and sanitary facilities.
