The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. DomuMalaspina is located in the heart of the historic center of Bosa, called Sa Costa, at the foot of the Malaspina castle The property includes 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double with a private service, and a double, dining area and kitchen with utensils, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker, two bathrooms, one on the first floor including a washing machine, and the other on the ground floor excavated entirely in the rock, enriched with a Cerasarda plateau, entirely Made in Sardinia!

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
