Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

A converted stable situated in a quiet yard. Shetland is our cozy holiday cottage yet still provides a king size bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen. The lounge diner is open plan with a 3 seater sofa. The kitchen looks out over the yard. To the front is a courtyard with outside tables and chairs. The bathroom has a large bath with shower over. Underfloor heating throughout. Private parking space. Quiet and peaceful. Front courtyard with own private hot tub. Disposable BBQs can be used.

Close to the New Forest, on the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm). Note, we are situated on a main A road.
