The Flip Flop Beach Retreat is a lovely cottage by the sea located in the heart of Dauphin Island! Enjoy your own private beach and beautiful views of the Mississippi Sound. Three bedrooms, loft and fantastic covered porch lends itself to complete relaxation. Fully equipped kitchen makes eating-in a joy. This house has covered parking for 4 vehicles. We are dog friendly, pet fee $100 per stay. Only steps away from the water and perfectly set up for your fur baby. Ready for your family getaway!

THE SEA ROSE~ Condo/pool/private beach

Private entryway + covered parking area. Stairs lead to the main floor: living, kitchen & dining areas, 1/2 bath, laundry. 2nd flight of stairs leads to the Master Bedroom (King)w/private deck & a 2nd bedroom (Queen). 2 bathrooms (2 showers/1 tub). The main floor deck overlooks the pool & cabanas, beach view on one side. Below the condo, enjoy the picnic table & charcoal grill/bring charcoal. No smoking inside, only underneath the condo. No water crafts nor pets allowed per the complex rules.

Cozy bunkbed nook can comfortably accommodate 2-3 children or 2 adults. There is a full size guest bathroom and sleeper sofa as well. The beautiful private beach and sparkling Gulf waters are just a 3-5 minute walk with no streets to cross! Our guests enjoy access to two swimming pools and spas, and exercise room right next to our 1st floor condo.

Views of the bay and the gulf. Sounds of the sea caress the front deck while expansive windows in the living spaces and the back deck are awash in the glow of spectacular sunsets. Private beach on the bay side, perfect for the youngsters with no big waves or rip tides. Access to fluffy white sands of the gulf beaches are a short walk just across the way out the front door. Beach access is just steps away and a wide porch overlooking the gulf awaits you. This is a cozy cottage great for your need to unplug in a family oriented area and not many commercial businesses. Public beach access is 7-8 lots down either way from the house and they are usually not crowded.
