The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd, you will find a newly-built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring a fishing rod for fishing, or binoculars to be able to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds on their journey. You live near Listerlandet with sandy beaches, beautiful deciduous forests and a fantastic landscape. Nearby you will also find nice restaurants and shopping. Welcome!

Nice villa with the sea as the nearest neighbor

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village of Krokås. In Krokås, there is a small fishing port and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafés and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios on the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

The cottage - Central, rural and with sea view!

Wake up and have breakfast overlooking Sölvesborgsviken. This accommodation is in a cottage on my property. It is rural but central, which makes your stay comfortable. With a short km walk through the park along the bay, you will come to the cozy city center with shops, restaurants and cafés. The golf course can be found 2.5 km away on foot or by bike over Europe's longest walking and cycling bridge. Ryssberget's hiking and biking trails are only 1.5 km away. The nearby sandy beaches are numerous.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas med vacker utsikt mot havet. Hörvik är en underbar liten fiskeby med många vackra hus och promenadstråk. En idyllisk plats året om! Huset ligger intill ett naturreservat och bara 50 meter till egen brygga. Hörvik har egna fiskrestauranger, glasskiosk, badstränder och gym med havsutsikt. 10 min bort med bil ligger en stormarknad med mataffär, restaurang, apotek och flera butiker. Sölvesborg ligger 20 minuters bilfärd bort, en vacker pittoresk stad.

Gångavstånd till Norje och Norjeboke. Lättillgängligt en kort avstickare från E22:an. Gästhuset består av ett stort rum med en 160cm bred dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa med två platser. Fräsch toalett och dusch. Kyl, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, rinnande vatten och lite annat för enklare förtäring. Välkomna!

If you want to listen to music, visit Strandcaféet where live music is offered several evenings a week during the summer months. A cycle path takes you to Sölvesborg in about 20 minutes. Or why not play a round of golf 4km away?

The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen with most necessities. Large wooden deck with lovely morning sun. Patio in the evening sun, barbecue. Sun loungers, beach chairs, bicycles.

Welcome to the "little lawyer's house", a picturesque townhouse in the middle of Sölvesborg. Here you live well with proximity to everything that Listerlandet offers. Step through the blue-painted gate and discover a secluded courtyard with comfortable seating in the south-facing location and the possibility of nice barbecue evenings. The house has all the classic attributes you think of from a late 19th century townhouse mixed with modern features.

Välkommen till ett stilfullt sjönära boende med privat brygga, ca 50 m från vattnet. Avskilt läge på samma tomt som värdparets bostad, med egen entré och privata ytor. Ljus interiör, fullt utrustat kök, badrum med dusch och AC. Sommartid finns möjlighet att hyra båt och kajaker på förfrågan. Ett lugnt och naturnära boende där komfort möter stillhet.

Lugn och lantlig miljö. Stugan brukar upplevas som sval på sommaren. Värdarna bor i huset bredvid. Boskap finns i närheten, men gården har inga egna djur. Lukt kan förekomma. Ta med eget sänglinne och handduk. Men sänglinne och handduk finns att hyra för 150+50 kronor. Lämna stugan i det skick den hade när ni kom.
