The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

Wisteria Lodge

Self contained, detached annex in the lovely, peaceful village of Croughton. Separate bathroom with power shower and kitchen facilities such as fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The village has a shop and tea room. The pub is sadly closed. We are around 3 miles from Brackley a local market town which offers, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, takeaways etc. We are approx. 2 miles from Aynho Park and the Great Barn at Aynho - fantastic Wedding venues. We are 15 mins from Silverstone.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful location. Situated in the farm courtyard with stunning open views. Located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic tourist sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view.

Pool House, farmstay, quiet, near Brackley

The Pool House is set on a working farm, surrounded by beautiful countryside. There are plenty of walks in and around the farm or you can hire bikes and explore further afield - we have some lovely pubs in the area. There is a lovely, peaceful space outside to sit and enjoy the garden/view and horses to stroke over the fence. We are between Bicester and Brackley and close by are Silverstone, Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Blenheim, Oxford, Evenley Wood.

We have 4 very friendly spaniels, 2 cats, 7 peacocks, ducks and at the moment about 50 sheep with different stock and crops across the seasons.
