In safe neighborhood with parking in front of door off a rather busy street, so if you don't like waiting a bit for an opening in traffic to back out, probably shouldn't book.

Home away from home

Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Easy access to I 229. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.

Two queen beds, a full size hide-a-bed with memory foam mattress. Full kitchen, two patios, one of them being private just for you. Bikes are available for your use. Swimming pool and lake five blocks away.

Home is located near Washington Pavilion, the famous “Sioux Falls, the Great Plains Zoo, Sanford ,Avera, and VA hospitals. There are many dining options and a Health food grocery store within walking distance. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED DUE TO OWNER AND CLEANING LADY ANIMAL ALLERGIES!
