Wifi has a strong and stable signal. AC has a dual split system cool/ heat. Your private parking spot is right outside the apartment! Check-in time is flexible but must be coordinated in advance. I don't live at this address and I have another job out of town. Precision and punctuality would be appreciated. Thanks!

We would have the possibility of preparing a single bed; the extra bed costs €40 in cash per night, in case the two guests prefer to sleep in separate beds.
