There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Located in town next to city parking lot and one block from grocery store and sports bar. Features a fireplace, WiFi, and fully furnished. **Refunds will not being given if Guests cancels the remainder booked days during their stay. Cancelation period is a minimum of 5 days before check-in.

Our parents built this darling 4-season cottage by hand in 1950. Lovingly preserved and recently refreshed, we now want to share our little red cottage on Lake Minnetonka with guests who want to enjoy a calm, relaxing suburban lake getaway. The cottage offers a lot, and yet because we're in a quiet neighborhood and live on the commons, the little red cottage is not a spot for parties, reunions, bigger groups, or people needing boat access.
