The house features three comfortable bedrooms: two with king-size beds (180 × 200 cm) and one with a bunk bed, making it ideal for children. Fresh bed linen is provided for all guests. The bathroom, located on the first floor, includes both a shower and a bathtub, while the toilet is separate for added convenience. Please note that the house is not wheelchair accessible. Towels and beach towels are provided. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and freezer compartment. You’ll also find cookware, crockery, cutlery, kitchen towels, and dishwashing detergent. Right next to the house is the Marissa Holiday Resort, where you’ll find a wide range of amenities just a short walk away. These include playgrounds, a low ropes course, a skate park, a convenience store, a swimming pool, an indoor climbing hall, a pub, several restaurants, bicycle rental, and a bakery—everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

There are meadows and fields, and the property borders a beautiful forest with old trees – an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, or just enjoying nature. A few meters from the house, there is a swimming pond that you are welcome to use during your stay, as well as the wood-fired sauna!

Our house is within walking distance (about 3 minutes) of the lake/beach.

A few meters from the house is a swimming pond, which can be used during the stay, as well as the wood-heated barrel sauna by the pond.

From here you can easily walk to all the essential points or start your bike tours. Treat yourself to a break from everyday life and spend a few undisturbed days in a unique natural environment!

Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
