The Palace was built between the end of the 1400s and 1530 by Alessio Beccaguti, military commander and civil engineer in the service of Francesco II and Federico II Gonzaga. The "Next to the garden" apartment is on the ground floor with entrance, living room (sofa bed), dining area, kitchen space and, in the basement, with bedroom/study (working fireplace) and bathroom/laundry. It is very bright, overlooking a southwest-facing square that borders the verdant Pallone square, an ancient entrance to the Court surrounded by lime trees and boxwood. For leisure time, books, local guides, some games and TV are available.

Skyline, Orizzonte, is an elegant penthouse located in the center of Desenzano del Garda. It enjoys a privileged position being 200 meters from the historic center and the lake with its splendid promenade. Skyline is very close to an area full of shops, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance in a few minutes. The train station is only 500 meters away and the highway exit for Milan or Venice (A4) is about 3 km away.
