All rooms are private & Japanese style with Tatami & Futons. You can get to Lake on foot. Upside-down Fuji view spot is 10 minutes on foot. It is only about 1.7 km from Kawaguchiko Station which is easily walkable. There are supermarkets , convenience stores and some restaurants and hot spring within walking distance .

The hostel Saruya Hostel opened in 2015 in Fujiyoshida, a city at the bottom of Mt Fuji. We renovated an 80 years old wooden house to create a place that allows our guests to experience time and space through carefully selected art, design and objects, mixing traditional Japanese inspiration with modern aesthetics.

My newly renovated accommodation is the best place to start your trip around this area. Just 6 minutes walk to Kawaguchiko station and few minutes walk to the lake, and 5 minutes to Ropeway. Also convenience store is nearby. This accommodation is only for entire renting and wide enough for 11 guests, width is almost 100Sqm. We have bedrooms, living room with Mt. Fuji view, smart toilet, kitchen, and bathroom in our accommodation. We are looking for your visit!

Tipy is located a 3-minute walk from Odawara Station. This is a "Machigoto guest house" with 3 buildings: "Inn", "House" and "Room". This room is a "Tatami room" located in the "inn". "Inn" is a Showa-era retro guest house that was renovated from a 70-year-old house, and has four rooms and a common space. *Unlike a typical hotel, the bath, toilet, and kitchen are shared with other guests. This is a wooden building private inn on the shore of Lake Ashinoko in Hakone. It is an old building with a taste of Japanese style. You will have to cook your own meals, but there are two restaurants in the same building, so eating out is also convenient. There are also Japanese and Italian restaurants in the neighborhood.
