Cozy apartment in the hypercenter of Bayonne

(Private apartment, it's also my place of residence) In the heart of Bayonne, 2 steps from the town hall and the cathedral, access to all shops and public transport 2 steps away. Pedestrian street, many parking lots are accessible. In an old building, quiet and recently renovated. Please note, it is on the 4th floor without elevator access, building classified as typically Basque (We can't have everything!)

Votre logement est adapté aux voyageurs d’affaires, à un couple avec 1 enfant maxi ou 3 adultes sans enfants . Il est est classé meublé de tourisme 4*.

Beautiful villa, quiet in a wooded environment, 2 minutes from shops, 1.5 km from the beach and 2 km from Moulleau, 2.5 km from the center of Arcachon (bike path). Fully renovated in 2024, fully equipped (AC, WiFi, TV, appliances, barbecue, plancha), it consists of 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets including 2 separate, desk, laundry room and gym It has three terraces set in the shade of pine trees and a very pleasant garden with swimming pool.

Guesthouse, terrace & jacuzzi in the heart of the city

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.
