The pretty 35 m² studio is ATTACHED to the BASEMENT of OUR HOUSE. Enter through a small veranda and go directly to the sofa lounge/sleeping area. Bedroom area separated by a curtain. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Access to the swimming pool and its relaxing garden which are opposite our villa + private garden just for you.

The village of Sausset les pins on the blue coast offers all shops accessible very quickly on foot 30 minutes from the old port of Marseille or Aix en Provence, 1 hour from the Luberon ( Lourmarin) or the Alpilles ( St Rémy de Provence) there is no shortage of dream destinations!

Nestled in a green corner, in the heart of a 180 hectare property, 20 minutes from Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, 35 minutes from Cassis and its coves... In July and August: minimum rental period = 7 nights (from Saturday at 4 p.m. to Saturday at 11 a.m.)

La Bastide des Amandiers welcomes you to L'Appart, a lovely cottage for 2 people (37m2), located on the first floor of the main building with an independent outdoor entrance. You will also have at your disposal a small private summer kitchen in the garden as well as two sun loungers. We have two other cottages on our property where we welcome people looking for peace and quiet. No deckchairs are installed around to preserve everyone's privacy.
